Sample Size, Design, and Methodology
Simple Random Sampling of (1990) Census blocks using a random number generator. Every residence on sampled blocks was interviewed. 973 total subjects are included in the two data sests. 824 in Humbolt park and 149 in Belmont-Craigin/ Montclare. Interviews were conducted face to face.
