			Thread started: Nov 27 2007, 12:49 AM EST Watch Any problems with changing this section name from Gentrification/Housing to Housing and Development or something like that? I found a bunch of info on the Department of Planning page, but it seems like it doesn't quite fit "housing" and some of the issues related to housing have just as much to do with retail buildup, TIFs, etc. Do you find this valuable?
